The instructional classes will be given on September 13 and 14 (4:30PM) and the written and performance exams administered on September 21 (4:00PM).

Registration and payment must be made online .If payment is not made within five days ,registration maybe cancelled.

On September 13 bring a pen and highlighter and on September 14 latex gloves. For the exams on September 21 bring a picture ID, No.2 pencil and calculator.

Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of the first class will be charged a $100 administration fee.
