Face covering MUST be worn at all time.

Bring latex gloves,safety shoes, picture ID and No.2 pencil.

Payment should be made at time of registration ,but no later than five days thereafter or registration can be cancelled.

A rescheduling fee of $50 will be charged for any cancellations,rescheduling or substitutions within 72 hours of the exam date.
