Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued if notified one week before the event. If notified 72 hours before the event, $50 will be withheld, and if notified within 24 hours of the event, $100 is charged. This is only applicable for certification class or exam. For other events, if notified before we incur charges, a full refund is made.
